Adademic Procedure & Refund Policy
Academic procedures allow students to clearly understand their rights and responsibilities and to protect the integrity of Western Pinnacle University Network and provide fair and transparent guidelines for activities related to teaching and learning across our platforms.
WPUN students are expected to familiarize themselves with all academic policies. Students seeking clarity on academic policies relevant to or beyond those stated in this email should consult with the appropriate office.
Our Program Methodology
- Student are expected to pay for their semester registration fee every semester as fresh and retuning students.
- Course registration. After completing your semester registration, proceed to registering your courses. The portal is designed to suggest the appropriate course to register.
- Course assessment. Students are expected to begin their assessment just a after course registration. Click on each assessment, complete and submit.
- Course material. Materials can be downloaded at the e-Library section of the portal.
- Fee payment. All payment are done through the student wallet. All you need to do is simply fund your wallet with the required amount.
- Examination. Not all courses are examined as your assessment is also used to grade your academic performance. However, examable course will indicated on the course registration page.
No-Refund Policy for Fees

Western Pinnacle University Network (WPUN) has established a no-refund policy regarding tuition and other associated fees. This policy applies to all students across all programs and courses offered by WPUN.
Scope
This policy covers the following fees:
- Tuition fees
- Administrative fees
- Program-specific fees
- Other associated costs (e.g., lab fees, library fees, technology fees)
Policy Details
Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid to Western Pinnacle University Network are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final and cannot be returned to the student under any circumstances.
Program Curriculum
Detailed descriptions of program curricula, including course requirements and elective options, are provided on the university’s official website. Students are responsible for reviewing this information thoroughly before enrolling in any program.
Student Responsibility
Students are expected to ensure that the programs they enroll in meet their academic and career expectations. It is advised that prospective students seek guidance from academic advisors and thoroughly read all program-related materials provided on the university website.
Exceptional Circumstances
WPUN understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, students may submit a formal appeal for consideration. However, approval of any refund request under exceptional circumstances remains at the discretion of the university administration.
Dispute Resolution
Should a student wish to dispute a charge, they must do so in writing within 30 days of the charge. The university will review and respond to disputes on a case-by-case basis, but this does not guarantee a refund.
Policy Review
This no-refund policy is reviewed annually to ensure fairness and transparency. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to students via official university channels.
